This industrial project will bring over 325,000 square feet of purpose-built logistical space to the Pointe-Claire suburb of Montreal in close proximity to the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport. The development is located on a 670,000 square foot site and was developed in partnership between Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. Skyline Industrial REIT acquired its partners’ interests the property in March 2022. The property is fully leased to Nespresso as the sole tenant.
